The 2013 ESRI User Conference began auspiciously with a 3 hour tour of Mission Bay in the good company of Amy Esnard (City of Portland, OR) and Karen Stewart (ESRI Canada).  Tacks, jibes, chart reading — check.  Next time we’ll check the tides too!
